Our hourly rate is $200 per hour for mediation services (2 hour minimum). Fees are typically shared equally by the participants unless they agree otherwise.  A deposit is required at the time the mediation is scheduled and parties will be billed for the remainder due after the mediation concludes and after deposits are applied.

We offer a special rate for a half day virtual mediation for $600 ($300 per party). The cost includes the time for the mediator to prepare and for the first four hours of the mediation.  Time in excess of four hours is billed at the regular hourly rate of $200 ($100 per party).

A deposit is required at the time the mediation is scheduled.  The deposit amount is determined based upon what mediation service is scheduled.  Credit cards are accepted.
